The Bill (Reg.№2713) presupposes that the current law should be added by the new chapter on the monthly state aid on the orphans and children without the parental care who live in foster families or homes of family type.
The rate of the Aid for the orphans and children without the parental care who live in foster families or homes of family type would be 2 minimal living wages for a child of a corresponding age and for the orphans and children without the parental care aged from 18 to 23 who are studying in the Higher Educational Estates of the I-IV levels of accreditation and professional and technical educational estates the rate of the aid should be 2 minimal living wages for the capable of working person.
